5RFT Cindy, 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats 13: 12
I was supposed to work out this evening but that didn't work out so well. Instead I did 5 minutes of burpees= 30 burpees. The good thing about these were that each one was done the right way. I was not crawling to stand up-I was able to jump for each one! Small victories.
I forgot to post my Saturday weigh in stats, so here goes:
