Sunday: I walked 2 miles on my break. More like an active rest day
Monday:
Did whats in the pic. Then 30 minutes of spinning with a 20lb vest.
Second workout was 20 minutes on the Jacob's Ladder, 40 kb swings and plank hold.
Me spinning with the vest on (well back pack with weights in there). Yes it sucked :)
