Afternoon workout:
60 min on spin bike
Saturday
supposed to be a rest day but I still did the bike for 15 min
air squats
10 deadlifts 70lbs
one arm snatch 5lbs
still having knee pain
weigh in day 216.8
Sunday will be a rest day. I'm icing my knee as I write this. This week's plan is 2 workouts Mon-Thurs. I'd like to lose 2lbs this week. I did eat out on Friday for breakfast and Saturday breakfast and movie theater popcorn. Back on track tomorrow.
