Weekly Recap: 217.8 lbs
This was a hard week. One day I woke up and went to work out like I do every day and it just was not working for me. I just did not have the energy, the motivation, I was really unhappy with myself. See pic of me laying on the barbell! lol Still, I made my omelet and counted my calories and went to the gym on my dinner break at work. I even indulged in a grilled cheese sandwich yummy! Hmm maybe for this upcoming week I'll take a pic of all my workouts and share them here.
