As of today I have been logging my food/exercise on myfitnesspal.com. (MFP) I will update on this blog around once a week. It is too time consuming to track everything on MYP and then do it all over again on here. Right now I'm feeling good, like I'm going to stay on track and not be so harsh on myself. Usually I'm an all or nothing kind of gal. I'm trying not to do that this time around. So here are this weeks highlights:
*workout every day
*had to eat out for a coworkers birthday-looked at the menu before going and checked the calories
*pull-up station at home finally up!
*healthy snacks
